The Roof Maintenance Plan

The Roof Maintenance Plan

The Roof Maintenance Plan is designed to combat roofing problems but also give the homeowner total peace of mind. These days it gets harder to find a good roofing company that will not only do the job right but be there if any problems arise in the future.

There are also many so-called roofers knocking on doors trying to trick the homeowners into work that doesn’t need doing. Another problem is most insurance companies don't consider a roof claim if the roof is not professionally maintained. These are some of the reasons why The Ridge Doctor Ltd set up The Roof Maintenance Plan.

From as little as £4.00 per week you can have total peace of mind.

The Roof Maintenance Plan and the way it works

We carry out a free assessment in order to establish if your property is eligible for the Plan (Most Properties Qualify for the Plan, however some larger property may require additional fees to cover access costs).

We provide you with a condition report which will explain the condition of your roof, we can then outline our plan of action. The report will highlight any work that needs attending to before we can accept the roof into The Roof Maintenance plan.

Once accepted The Ridge Doctor Ltd will visit your property annually, upon our visit we will...

• Remove and dispose of all debris from the Gutter Channels.
• Repair or renew up to 3 slates or tiles.
